About me.
I am Nadine Kurschat, born in Augsburg in 1987. I have lived in Berlin for 20 years and now live in a beautiful wild patchwork with four children. Here I am learning how important it is for everyone to create spaces for peace, letting go and connection.
As a historian, museologist and photojournalist, I have long been concerned with making lived history and life stories visible.
I longed for deeper connection and wanted to understand how experiences, memories and emotions not only affect or shape us, but also manifest within our body.
Today, as a craniosacral therapist, I bring the same curiosity and attention to detail, now guided by mindfulness and a profound respect for the body's wisdom.
Touch.
Feel.
Flow.
I knew I would find answers in Cranio-Sacral Therapy. It feels like diving into water - supported, calm, connected. With it I have found a language that goes deeper than words. Gentle, mindful touch that releases tension, reveals connections and strengthens inner balance.
As a health practitioner, I work with adults, children, expectant mothers and fathers, newborns and families. In times of anxiety, tension or change, cranio-sacral work can enable a return or start to a harmonious life.

I help people finding back into their own rhythm and trust in their body.
Together, self-regulation can be activated for more self-confidence, mindfulness and lightness -
swimming on the wave of life, not struggling.
About Cranio-Sacral Therapy.
Cranio is a gentle form of bodywork between the head (cranium) and sacrum. It is based on the subtle rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid, which moves through the whole body.
It offers:-
Support with change, restlessness, imbalance
-
Relief and rest during pregnancy and postpartum.
-
Harmonious start for newborns and their families
-
Delicate touch can release tension, calm the nervous system and activate self-regulation and the body's defenses. This creates space for grounding, lightness and new energy.
